PSER Online Registration For Survey 2026 is a provincial initiative launched by CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif. It is launched to provide financial support to Punjab citizens and help decrease the inflation rate in the province. This Survey will help those people who are unable to meet household expenses and live below the poverty line.
The PSER online survey 2026 is designed to collect socioeconomic data on Punjab citizens to address poverty in the region. After the completion of the survey and data entry, the Punjab government will provide direct cash assistance to low-income individuals, enabling them to easily manage their expenses, food utilities, and healthcare costs

PSER online Registration is also referred to as 8070 registration, where individuals enroll themselves in the Punjab Socioeconomic Registry Program 2026. The process is very simple and easy to complete online for your registration. Citizens can get access in two ways.
- Through Data entry centers: There are approximately 12,000 Punjab socioeconomic registry centers located in various parts of Punjab. Citizens will go there and can give the complete application process to the staff.

- Visit the Website: The first step is to visit the official PSER website at pser.punjab.gov.pk.
- Provide Basic Details: After opening the page, please enter the following details.
- Applicant Full Name
- CNIC Number
- Mobile Network ( Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, or other )
- Mobile Number ( registered on applicant’s CNIC)
- Email Address
- Create a Strong Password: Create a secure and strong password that will help you protect your account.
- Confirm Password: Rewrite your existing password here.
- PSER Registration Completed: Click on the “Register” button to complete the process. Now your account will be ok to log in.

- Recent Utility Bill
- Proof of Income
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
Steps to Get Registration In PSER Online:
- Step 1: Start a New Application. After completing all required documents and logging in to your account, click on “New Application.” Now, a declaration will pop up on the page to verify the information.

- Identification of Head of Family: In this step, provide the full name of the head of your family with CNIC details.
- Provide Demographics Data: Here, accurately enter the applicant’s basic information, including CNIC details, gender, and date of birth.
- Health and Disability Status: In this section, there will be an option for any disabilities the applicant may have. Click “YES” if present, otherwise click on ” NO”. If you have a disability, you will need to provide a Nadra disability certificate to verify the situation.
- Education and Literacy: Give complete details of your education status here. Click ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ if the applicant reads or cannot read short statements, respectively. Tell if you have attended any welfare programs during school.
- Employment, Income & Banking Information: Give the following information accurately. Provide the Main occupation, Last month’s income, Bank name, and Bank account number. If you don’t have a bank account, select ‘No’.
- Contact Numbers: Provide two contact Numbers here accurately with network details. The primary contact number should be registered on the applicant’s CNIC number.
- Current Address (Where You Live Now): See the Screenshot here to understand the section. Select your province, district, Tehsil, and union council accurately. Select your area, urban or rural, with the village or Town name.
- Permanent Address: Please enter your permanent Address here, which will help locate the applicant’s residential area. Add complete information, including province, district, Tehsil, and union council, with indication of urban or rural residency.
- Asset Information: This is the most important section of the registry. Give ownership of your home. If so, please provide infrastructure details. explain the condition of the home in three options: good, fair, or dilapidated. Please provide the details of the water source from which you drink water. Choose one option from handpump, tanker, bottled, or pipe source. Provide a toilet facility and choose from private, shared, or non-public options. Provide information about electricity usage (own meter, rented, or none). Add information about cooking sources ( gas, wood, dung, or electricity). Give details about livestock, transport, and other earnings here.
- Agricultural Land & Farming Activity: If the household has land for agriculture, provide all relevant records, including those of the sole cultivator, contract farmer, and enter the cultivated area. Also, provide a cultivated area of a suitable size for agriculture.
- Miscellaneous Questions: In this section, give answers to some important questions to get complete details of your profile. You will be asked questions like, Have you lost a child in the past? mobile or internet access question, and a question about any natural disasters in the last five years. It would be helpful to receive emergency relief from the government of Punjab.
- Review, Save, Submit & Check Status: Now review the application carefully and save the submitted information. Missing information, give again and correct spelling errors as well. Click on the “Save” and “Next” buttons, and then you will get a new page. Here, click on “Submit.” application. You will get an application or reference number for tracking your ID. Now you can check your status by adding your reference number. You will see a pop-up message labeled “Complete” when all necessary fields have passed validation.
